I have placed several orders in the past few months and have experienced nothing other than impeccable service. The products are always well packed and arrive sooner than expected, not to mention the diligent customer service which is essential for people like me who have tons of questions. Much applause to Susie for her patience and immediacy when needed; I truly appreciate it. The rackets that I have had assembled by your company are obviously done with great diligence and are a model to follow as I am now assembling my own. How do you cut the rubber so clean and flush with the blade? Anyway, the shoes fit perfectly, the robot is amazing, the shirts, rubber, blades, and accessories are starting to pile up: the reason is that your website is so accommodating and very detailed and is now my homepage. I see no reason to shop anywhere else.

I envy you for having a team of such high-energy and “customer matters to us” people. Each of those who I interacted with probably knew from the start that I am inclined towards the TTmatic 500-B and that I was looking for detailed information to make that choice as my final decision. There was no pressure to rush me on it from any of them. Not many businesses are as effective in fostering such a team-play or even getting the desired results. Thanks to all your folks who, IMO, are competently helping the running of a good business the good way.
