Spinmax Aqueous Application InstructionsThe correct application of Spinmax is very important! Use the specially designed Spinmax Aqueous Applicator Kit. - Shake the container before every use.
- Remove lid, place applicator pad over the mouth of the container and tip a small quantity of Spinmax onto the cloth applicator pad.
- Use applicator pad to rub Spinmax onto the rubber surface in a circular motion. Press reasonably firmly as you rub and be sure to cover the whole face of the rubber.
Drying time: Spinmax Aqueous is a water-based product, and it evaporates at the same rate as water. Wait for Spinmax to dry, and then allow a further ten to fifteen minutes for maximum effect. On first use: Apply two to three applications to the rubber surface. Let it dry between each application. Do this a few hours before you intend to play, and then apply one more time about thirty minutes before play. After first use: Generally, one application thirty minutes before play is sufficient. This varies with type of rubber, weather conditions, and of course your preference for amount of grip. Getting the best out of Spinmax: Over application can actually lead to less effectiveness. Spinmax has a cumulative effect, so before choosing to re-apply, simply wipe the rubber firmly with a water-dampened rag. Then check the rubber for grip effect. You may find that you do not need to re-apply Spinmax ever playing occasion. It is important to replace applicator pads: A dirty pad may result in temporary streak marks on the rubber or the application of an over-strong solution that has built up and remained contained in the cloth pad. If this happens, simply wipe your rubber firmly with a water-dampened cloth and replace the applicator cloth pad. Replacement pads are available separately. Products |
