Within the top sheet, the natural rubber molecules are packed in a tighter network, compared to other rubber sheets. More Speed-Glue Effect In traditional rubber, the speed-glue solvents are impeded by the adhesive layer between the sponge and top sheet and therefore have only a limited effect on the top sheet. Tensor 3G has a newly developed, extra porous sponge/top-sheet construction that allows the speed-glue solvents to pass through without being encumbered, but still guarantees adhesive strength and a bond that is free of blowholes. For the first time, this gives a perfect speed-glue effect for the top sheet. 6% More Sponge Elasticity The sponge of Tensor 3G rubber contains pores that have a diameter of only a few hundredths of a millimeter.
