Handling Fee

If your order is less than $60, there is a handling fee of $6. This is in addition to any shipping fees. There is no handling fee for orders containing only gift certificates.

Order Processing Time and Tracking Info

For most items, we process and ship your order within one business day of when you place it. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, we will ship it by Wednesday at the latest. Exceptions to this are noted below.

Note that we consider orders placed after 4:00 p.m., Eastern time, to have been placed on the next business day. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, we will contact you to let you know.

We post your shipment tracking number on our Track Your Package webpage at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on the day that we ship your order.

We may ship the following items from other warehouses, so it can take longer for us to process and ship your order and get the tracking information.

  • Full-sized Tables. For information on delivery time and tracking for full-sized tables (i.e., full-sized table tennis tables, conversion tops, pool tables, and game tables, including foosball, rod hockey, air hockey, and basketball arcade), see Delivery Time on our Table Shipping and Delivery webpage.
  • Newgy Robots and Robot Upgrade Kits Shipped to the U.S. We will post tracking information within two business days of when you place your order.
  • AMDT Robots, Butterfly Robots and Robot Accessories, SmartPong Robots. We will post tracking information within five business days of when you place your order.
  • Unused TTmatic Robots Not Shipped to Canada or the Continental U.S. We will post tracking information within five business days of when you place your order.

How Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders Affect Fees

When determining whether the handling fee applies to your order, only items that you actually buy count toward reaching the $60 threshold. So, if you order an out-of-stock item and cancel your order for the item when we tell you that the item is out of stock, then the item does not count toward reaching the threshold.

If we tell you that an item is out of stock and you decide to back-order it, then what happens with handling/shipping fees depends on whether you want us to ship all the items in your order together (i.e., when we receive the out-of-stock items) or you want us to ship the in-stock items now and the out-of-stock items when we get them.

  • If you want us to ship all the items together (i.e., when we receive the out-of-stock items), then handling/shipping fees apply to the entire order as usual.
  • If you want us to ship the in-stock items now, then we will be making more than one shipment. In this case, handling/shipping fees apply to each shipment individually.
