Eating healthy foods can have a serious impact on your game. If you go and eat a bunch of chocolate or some other kind of sweets right before you play, it can make you feel tired or dizzy during the match or during practice. If you eat healthy foods, it will make you feel more relaxed, and increase your stamina. Foods that are good to eat while at a tournament include bananas, carrots, and crackers. Also water will help you tremendously: It will make you feel more refreshed while you play. Drinking a bunch of pop, or some other carbonated drinks, will make you feel tired, and they will give you cramps. Water also helps prevent cramps.
