Payment

This page describes the payment methods that we accept.

Credit/Debit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards.

If you do not wish to enter your credit/debit card information on our secure website, you may still place your order on our website. Simply select “Credit/Debit by Phone/Fax” for the payment method when you check out.

Generally, we charge your card in the currency that you have selected when you check out. However, if your billing and shipping addresses are both in the U.S., then the website will switch the currency to U.S. when you check out. Similarly, if your billing and shipping addresses are both in Canada, then the website will switch the currency to Canadian. In other cases, it is your choice.

Some U.S. cards charge a fee for foreign transactions, even if the transaction is in U.S. funds. If your billing address is in the U.S., you selected U.S. for the currency when you checked out, and your card charged you a foreign transaction fee, we will be happy to reimburse you. Please contact us once you receive your credit/debit card bill. In all other cases, you are responsible for any fees your card charges for currency conversion or foreign transactions.

PayPal

We accept PayPal in U.S. funds or Canadian funds. After we process your order, we will email you instructions for paying us via PayPal.

Check or Money Order

We accept checks and money orders in U.S. funds or Canadian funds. Please make your check or money order payable to “The Table Tennis Pioneers”.

The USPS (U.S. Postal Service) sells two types of money orders: domestic (green/yellow/blue, can only be cashed in the U.S.) and international (pink/yellow/gold). We accept the international one, but not the domestic one.

If paying by check or money order, you may either place your order via our website/phone/fax, then send us your check/money order, or you may mail us your order along with your check/money order. If you place your order via our website or phone, please write your order number on your check/money order. If you place your order by fax or postal mail, you may use our Order Form.

COD

If and only if your shipping address is in Canada, then you may pay by COD. There is an additional fee of $8.10 for this service. COD is not available for rackets that we assemble for you, special-ordered items, or anything shipped via freight.

Bank Wire

We accept bank wires in U.S. funds or Canadian funds. We charge a fee of $14 for each bank wire. If you select this payment method, we will contact you and give you the information that you need to wire the money.

Purchase Order

If your organization (school, university, business) cannot use one of the preceding payment methods, please contact us for instructions on using a purchase order.

Table Tennis Pioneers Gift Certificate

We accept our own gift certificates. If you are using a gift certificate to pay for part or all of your order, enter the gift certificate number and amount in the appropriate fields when you check out.
