The information on this page applies if your shipping address is outside both the U.S. and Canada.

Full-sized Table Shipping

Full-sized tables, i.e., full-sized table tennis tables, conversion tops, pool tables, and game tables (including foosball, rod hockey, air hockey, and basketball arcade), are sent by freight. We cannot send you any item that is shipped by freight.

Newgy Robot Products Shipping

For the Newgy robot products listed below, we will contact you with a shipping quote and get your approval before we process your order. If you wish, you may enter a “Maximum acceptable fee” when checking out. If you do this, we will only contact you to get your approval if the fee will be more than your maximum.

Shipping for Newgy products not listed above is the same as for non-Newgy products; see below.

TTmatic Robot Shipping

Our prices for new TTmatic robots include shipping to most locations. Delivery to some locations may require an additional fee. If so, we will contact you before we process your order so that you may approve the additional fee.

The shipping fee for free bonus items (that we may be offering with a TTmatic robot) is $50. If you do not wish to pay the shipping fee, you may decline the bonus items. The website will insist that you add the bonus items to your cart, but will let you remove them during the checkout process.

Shipping for Other Items

For other items, we normally ship via Canada Post International Air (seven to twenty-one business days). We can also ship vis UPS Worldwide Express Saver (two to seven business days). For either one, we will contact you with a shipping quote and get your approval before we process your order. If you wish, you may enter a “Maximum acceptable fee” when checking out. If you do this, we will only contact you to get your approval if the fee will be more than your maximum.

If your order contains only rubber, we can also ship it via Canada Post Light Packet (seven to eleven business days). The shipping fee is zero. However, the following rubber sheets cannot be sent via this shipping method: JOOLA Mambo GP Rubber.

Items We Cannot Ship

All floor-standing midi/mini tables and many glues, cleaners, blade varnishes, and rubber removers cannot be shipped via air. We cannot send you any item that cannot be shipped by air. Please check the description of the particular glue/cleaner/varnish/rubber remover that you are interested in to see if it can be shipped via air. Note that we can only use one shipping method for your entire order, i.e., we can't send some items via ground and some via air. If you wish to do the latter, please place two orders.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. You must give a shipping address that is not a PO Box.

COD

No COD orders.

Sales Tax and Duty

You do not have to pay any Canadian sales taxes or duty. Depending on your country, you may have to pay taxes, VAT, or duty upon receipt of your package. Any such charges are entirely your responsibility. Please note that the value and description of the merchandise will be clearly stated on all shipping documents.
