Frequent Buyer Program

Join our Frequent Buyer Program (FBP) and every time you buy something you will earn points that you can redeem for great table tennis and sporting goods products!

And, be sure to subscribe to our FBP Bulletin because it contains confidential specials for our FBP members. You will not see these confidential specials in our other email newsletters or on our website.

Join

FBP membership is open to anyone. To join the FBP, you must place an order of at least $100. For Web orders, put a check mark in the “Join Frequent Buyer Program” box. For fax and postal mail orders, put a check mark in the “I would like to join the Frequent Buyer Program” box. For phone orders, mention that you would like to join the FBP.

For Web orders, your new FBP membership number will be on your order receipt. For other orders, we will send you your membership number via postal mail; please allow three to four weeks for your membership number to arrive.

Earn Points

You will earn 1 FBP point for each $1 that you spend. There is no minimum purchase required to earn points. For gift certificates, you earn points when you purchase them, not when you redeem them.

To be credited with your FBP points, be sure to include your FBP number when you order. For Web orders, enter your FBP number in the “Frequent Buyer Program number” field when you check out. For fax or postal mail orders, write your FBP number in the “Frequent Buyer #” field on the order form. For phone orders, please mention your FBP number when ordering.

Check Your Points

If you have created a customer account, your points will be displayed on your customer account page. To access your account, use the “Your Account” link at the top of any page.

We update the FBP-point database on the second Friday of each month. Last update: November 14, 2008.

Redeem Points

All the items that you can get by redeeming FBP points are shown at the bottom of this page.

You may redeem your points at any time, as long as you have earned enough points for the item that you want. You may redeem points on the same order that you earn the points and on the same order that you join the FBP. If you would like an item, but do not have enough points, you may purchase additional points for $0.03.

You may only use one FBP 25%-off coupon per order. The points redeemed for the coupon must have been earned on an order previous to the order that you apply the coupon to. We will calculate handling/shipping fees and the volume discount based on the amount of your order after deducting the 25%. The coupon does not apply to purchases of gift certificates.

You may redeem your points to get the gift certificate and immediately redeem the gift certificate for merchandise.

To redeem your points, write your request in the “Special instructions” field and your FBP membership number in the “Frequent Buyer Program number” field when checking out or contact us. Our standard handling/shipping fees apply to FBP point redemptions. To determine if the handling fee applies to your redemption/order, we will value the FBP items in your order at $0.03 per point.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash or traded with others. We reserve the right to replace an item with one of equal or greater value, if the original item becomes unavailable. Some of the pictures below show more than one of the item, but in all cases you get just one of the item for the specified number of points.
