Don’t you hate buying something and seeing it on sale just a few days or weeks later? We do too! That’s why our Best-Price Guarantee includes the thirty days following your purchase and even applies if we are the ones who put the item on sale!

You can rest assured that when you buy from us you are getting the best price now and in the future.

The Fine Print

If the total cost of your order from another table tennis retailer is, or would be, less than the total cost from us (for the exact same items), we will match the other retailer’s total cost. This applies to everything, including regular price, sale, special, combo, clearance, bonus, video sets, etc.

If the other table tennis retailer is in North America and the price is the retailer’s regular price for an item, then in addition to matching the other retailer’s total cost for the item, we will give you an additional 10% of the difference in total costs. By regular price, we mean the normal, every-day price for the individual item. In particular, this excludes sale, special, combo, clearance, bonus, and video sets.

The item the other retailer is selling must be identical (same color, thickness, handle, size, etc.), and the other retailer must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.

This Best-Price Guarantee only applies if your shipping address is in the continental U.S. or Canada.

Once we match the other retailer’s total cost, we won’t apply any further discounts. In particular, we won’t apply our specials, coupons (including Frequent Buyer Program coupons), Volume Discount, Boxing Day Special, or Inventory Special.

To take advantage of this Best-Price Guarantee, you must show us the other retailer’s price either before you place your order with us or within thirty days of placing your order with us. Or, if we lowered a price after you placed an order with us, you must contact us within thirty days of placing your order with us.

Sales and specials we run that apply to your order as a whole are not covered and so will not be applied retroactively to previously-placed orders. This includes free shipping specials, 10%-off-your-order specials, the Boxing Day Special, and the Inventory Day Special. In addition, specials that are only available to Frequent Buyer Program members will not be applied retroactively.

By total cost, we mean the cost of the item including all charges: shipping, handling, taxes, duty, service charges, etc.

By table tennis retailer, we mean that at least 50% of the products that the retailer carries are table tennis products.
